Right Wrist? Left Wrist? Dial up? Dial down? Loose or just right?

I always wear my watches in my left arm, dial up, and fitting just about right...not all loosey, flopping around like some of the ladies wear them....not tooo snug, either. If it is an expansion band, I like it so there is zero expansion. My buddy wears his dial down on his right wrist..... I would be smacking the crystal on everything , if I did that! What about the rest of you?If you wear them the same way I do. just say DITTO. If you are one of those weird watch wearers, describe how and why you do so. Does taking out links ever drive you nuts when one too little makes the band too tight, and one too much makes it flop and move right to left...even after doing the minor adjustments with the spring clips and the little holes, and its still not right. While we are at it, do you prefer leather bands, NATO type, rubber, or metal(expansion or other types(name them). Finally, anyone( besides the English folks on this site), actually wear pocket watches more than wrist watches, and do you dress up with a vest(sorry...waistcoat. ..I forgot the site is not in America) all the time to wear your pocket watch , or how else do you wear them? God....I've got too much time on my hands(that's a pun) since I retired to be coming up with posts like this. Finally, any pictures of great watches worn as stated above would make your reply more interesting, if your so inclined. Oh, yes, one more....my local jewelry store  is going out of business(it has been around since the 1930's)...so the owners wife is cleaning up the basement, and find  90 pounds (no, not money) of old watches from the 1930's, 40's, and 50's that were repaired, some not repaired, still in the little paper pouches, with the repair slips, etc. still attached, because for over 70 years, people never came in to pick up their watches after leaving the them off! A veteran  took them all...he is going to retrain disabled veterans to become watchmakers using these old watches as part of the training!
