Just thought I'd share this as it seems to be increasingly rare these days that I encounter good customer service in the world outside of this forum and RLT Watches.
I bought a watch off t'internet from Edmonds of Coventry for a colleague's retirement present. When it arrived I noticed that the bezel had a little ding on the side. I emailed them and within an hour they got back to me to ask if I could send them some photos. I did this and again within about an hour I got another email saying they were very sorry, please send it back to us, we'll pay the postage and will replace it or refund you. They also apologised for not checking the watch before posting it.
In the end, the watch was out of stock and I chose a different but similar one. They sent it by 48 hour delivery at no additional cost.
