I drove to Sidmouth for a pub lunch and a look round the Jewellers. Some nice Tissots but I have most of the designs covered basically.
What got up my snoot was one " antique" shop with a dozen or so vintage watches. Nice enough but run of the mill, would have been worth a punt at twenty or thirty for the cleanest of them. The cheapest was sixty five 
Even I'm not that daft.
Outrageous..........I wonder if they pay silly prices, I bet not.

While I'm at it the small town jewellers are taking the mick for Christmas on new watches. One example....a Casio at 110. 69 online. Many many examples of out of touch pricing.
