As a fairly new watch collector it's taken me some time to find which direction I wanted to go with regard to my collection. I've decided on divers and have a few Seiko's, Vostoks, Pulsar etc.
One thing I can't seem to bond with is older/vintage watches. Whilst I appreciate them they just don't float my boat yet. That was until I saw these two on the Sales forum. They are both pin pallet movements, possibly 1960's, with the loudest tick I can remember but I really like them (and no, I didn't know what pin pallet was). Excuse my poor mobile photos the watches are actually in very good condition.
One funny repercussion of this loud tick is that when I was younger I had a mechanical heart valve fitted which also ticks and you can hear when things are quiet. I've now got an audition for the crocodile in a Peter Pan pantomime
Thanks KevG.
