Some members have the skills to make buying non runners viable. I will take a chance on quartz non runners as a battery usually sorts them out 
I hate binning watches so the couple or so that didn't respond to a new battery I had fix
ed, a new movement in one. I reckon this gives me a 90 percent success rate......but not with autos 
How is your success rate, quartz and autos, with non runners.
