I am a very lucky boy. I have been to the BHI museum in Nottingham, but my frequent trips to Switzerland have seen me tick off Omega, Patek Phillipe, IWC, Musee d'Hologie and Beyer in Zurich. Well yesterday I had a spare 2 hours, and tried Espace Horologer in Vallee de Joux
It's quite small, but in the hall is a high end watch book shop, then a selection of interactive displays showing how a watch works and the names for things. The temporary exhibition was all about James Bond's watches. Upstairs on the left is clocks and older pocket watches, and on the right was were I spent most of my time. Not vast by any means, but some nice pieces
40 pics and one brief video, all shot through glass and under their lighting with a mobile so no complaints
and the drive back to Nyon was stunning too. 12chf well spent (£10.75)
Then i got delayed at Geneva airport. However I did try this one and

just need £7,500. Last year it would have been £5800! Can't justify either amount, but killed some time
